The Magic of Healing
The Magic of Healing is an eight lesson, multimedia, educational program and developed by Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon. These lessons are facilitated by a Magic of Healing Educator certified by Dr. Chopra and Dr. Simon.

During this course you will investigate the nature of consciousness and its expression into emotions, thoughts, desires and actions. The choices we make in our daily life have a profound impact on our health. Attending this course will help you understand more clearly who you are, your true nature and how to create health and harmony in your life by balancing your mind, body, spirit and environment.

Primordial Sound Meditation
Promordial Sound Meditation is a mantra meditation technique originating from the ancient knowledge of India. Deepak Chopra, MD has revived this authentic process and made it available in a format that can be easily learned and practiced by everyone.

A mantra is a sound without specific meaning, and it helps to take our awareness away from the frenzy of daily activity of the mind to the stillness of our spirit. In Primordial Sound Meditation, mantras are chosen on the basis of Vedic mathematics which determines a specific sound or vibration of the Universe at the time and place of our birth. The effect soothes our entire physiology - mind, body and soul.

During Primordial Sound Meditation our minds become quiet allowing our bodies to gain the deep rest necessary to release stress and fatigue. In meditation we reconnect with our essence. This connection extends into daily lives and can result in improved health, more fulfilling relationships, enthusiasm for life and increased creativity.

Primordial Sound Meditation can be learned by people of every age, education, culture and religion. It does not require specific beliefs or a change in behavior or lifestyle. The only change or adjustment we need to make is allow the time to meditate regularly.

PSM is easily learned in four sessions over a period of seven hours in 2-3 days.

The Integrative Yoga Therapy - Wellness and Stress Management Program
The IYT program evolved through an exploration of how yoga could best be incorporated as a wellness and stress reduction program into mainstream settings. The program brings together several facets of yoga and mind body health that have been especially effective in reducing stress and facilitating well-being. It addresses the needs of individuals with respect of their age, culture and religion, and specific physical conditions to facilitate optimal health and healing of body, mind and spirit.

The IYT approach is the result of several years of experience applying this program in over 200 settings. These included hospital wellness programs, mental health, seniors, corporations, education, the arts and athletics. The results have been positive and encouraging.

The IYT wellness and stress management program is now taught by certified yoga instructors trained in IYT.

The course is offered over 8 sessions (90 minutes per session), in a group setting. Class size is limited to 12-15 participants.
